Important

• Diagnostic services are not included with this option.

• Labor will be billed using the applicable industry labor guide time for the requested service, subject to a minimum labor charge of one (1) hour at Mech‑I‑Go's standard labor rate.

• If the requested repair does not resolve the reported condition, additional diagnostic services may be required and billed separately.

Diagnostic Service

Need help determining the cause of a warning light, drivability issue, noise, electrical concern, or vehicle malfunction? Our diagnostic service is designed to identify the likely root cause and provide repair recommendations.

Important

• Diagnostic services begin with a charge equal to one (1) hour of labor.

• Depending on the concern, additional diagnostic testing, inspection, or component teardown may be required to determine the cause of the condition.

• If repairs are authorized, applicable diagnostic teardown labor may be credited toward the labor operation identified in the applicable industry labor guide.

• If repairs are declined, all diagnostic and teardown labor performed will be billed at the applicable labor rate.

General Fleet Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service

Routine preventative maintenance designed to help keep your fleet operating safely, reliably, and in compliance with your maintenance program.

Service Includes

• General 25-Point Vehicle Inspection

• Preventative maintenance services based on vehicle type and customer requirements

• Maintenance recommendations based on inspection findings

Important

• A minimum charge of one (1) labor hour applies.

• Labor time, parts, fluids, materials, and service requirements vary by vehicle type, condition, mileage, and requested services.

• Additional maintenance, repairs, deficiencies, or safety concerns identified during the inspection will be documented and may require separate authorization.

DOT Inspection (Inspection Only)

DOT inspections performed by trained and qualified inspectors in accordance with applicable federal and state inspection requirements.

Service Includes

• DOT compliance inspection

• Documentation of inspection findings and deficiencies

• Inspection report, when applicable

• Identification of safety and compliance concerns requiring corrective action

Important

• This service is an inspection only and does not include repairs or diagnostics.

• Any defects, deficiencies, maintenance needs, or compliance concerns identified during the inspection will be documented and communicated to the customer.

• Repairs, diagnostics, corrective actions, and re-inspections, if required, must be authorized separately and may result in additional charges.

• Inspection findings represent the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection only and do not constitute a warranty, certification of future compliance, guarantee of safety, or representation that additional defects do not exist.
